If the quote meets with your approval, we will send you a contract that contains all of the agreed work, project timeline, prices and payment schedule. Upon signing the contract and paying the necessary deposit, your project is assigned to a Project Manager, and about to begin.
Creating, organizing and collecting your website’s “assets” is a vital part of the process. Your assets consist of text, photos, images, graphics, testimonials, charts and graphs; anything that you want to present to the world on your website that delivers the information and experience you want your audience to have.
Our Sales Executive will send the project framework form and task list summary to guide you to prepare the sitemap, content strategy, copywriting, asset organization, and to help guide the collection and organization process.
During the design phase, we take your project framework, sitemap, assets, sketches and project references and bring our design team member in the project. You will be presented with design concepts and directions to review as the concepts take shape, and your feedback will help guide the process. Static home page proposals will be developed, modified and refined to satisfaction.
After the design is approved, we move into programming your website and implementing all of your website’s functionality (CMS, blog, photo gallery, shopping cart, etc.) You will receive a private link during the programming stage that will allow you to monitor the progress and watch as it all comes together.
Normally in this phase, client will start to prepare master data (Products, Articles, Orders, Users and Permission Mapping, etc.) for website content migration which will be used after UAT (User Acceptance Test).
After the site is built, you will be able to view all pages and functions to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. You can report test results and submit any desired changes to the copy give final approval before the site goes live.
Although we promote user friendly interface and functions, optional training sections and materials can be provided if it is needed according to contract discussion, including live training at our office, web-based training, on-site training, video-training, user manual, etc.
Now that your website is tested, it’s time to populate it with all of your content! We take the assets collected by you and our team and import the appropriate pages and platforms of your site. On the other hand, our team will provide necessary help to you to input the data for client update sections too. This is when your website really starts coming to life and begins to look and feel like a living online representation of your business or organization.
Any diligent pilot will perform one final “flight check” before takeoff. Now that your website has been thoroughly reviewed and prepped for launch, we make any last minute, pre-launch updates necessary and move your site into the final launch phase.
